Tactical Scope Shipping Policy
Our aim is to ensure that your order arrives with you as soon as possible and in the safest, most cost-effective means.

Couriers
We use DPD, Royal Mail, TNT, and UPS courier services for all orders. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your unique tracking number.
In-Store Items
These are in-stock and aim to be dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, slight delays may occur. For collections, please arrange in advance. Collection orders must be prepaid.
Pre-Order Items
These items are typically out of stock or limited. By pre-ordering, you secure your unit. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of restock. Check product pages for ETA. Dates may change; stay in contact as needed.
International Delivery & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may incur import duties/taxes. These are your responsibility. Customs policies vary, and some packages may be opened for inspection. Please check with your local customs authority if unsure.

DPD Shipments
All DPD shipments from TacticalScope now require a delivery PIN code.
The PIN will be sent via email and SMS. A valid email and mobile number must be provided at checkout.
Emails will be sent from "Riviera House 3PL" – check spam folders if not received.
You must show the PIN to the courier on delivery. Failure to do so may result in redelivery being required.
